Because we as black girls and women face so much adversity, we sometimes forget to keep our crown straight.
Regardless of the discrimination that we are up against, one thing that remains clear is the fact that we are all princesses of the Most High and nothing or nobody, but ourselves, can ever change it.
When the going gets rough, and I promise you it will, you must always remember that it is imperative to react and respond in the manner befitting of your title… princess.
It is not necessary for you to physically wear your crown to remember who you are. The decision to act and say the right thing is a personal choice. You and only you are responsible for your actions.
Many of you may be unaware that a crown is waiting with your name on it and designed especially for you. It was fitted for you when Jesus gave His life on the cross, He made it possible for all of us who believe in Him to receive a crown. and nothing is required to recieve yours
Your crown is something no one can take from you or cause you to wear dishonorably. How you position your crown and how straight and upright you walk will determine if your crown stays straight or not.
It is your crown, how will you wear it?
